Jelle Sjaardema

CANDIDATE CIVIL-LAW NOTARY (CORPORATE LAW)

Jelle is a candidate civil-law notary at KB notarissen. He studied law at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and has been working in the notarial practice since 2019. In 2023, he completed the professional education in notarial law and is therefore authorized to act as substitute of the civil-law notary.

Jelle focuses on advising in the field of corporate law and assists clients in setting up legal structures. This includes drafting articles of association, transfer of shares, documentation for mergers, demergers and joint ventures, but also, for example, choosing the right governance structure for non-profit organizations.
