The Real Estate, Projects & Securities team offers specialised services and advice to entrepreneurs, investors and individuals on, among other things, purchase agreements and transfers, commercial real estate portfolios, property development, ground lease, division of flat rights and mortgages. We also assist investors in sustainable real estate and energy projects, with a focus on security and optimal legal support.
Family, Relationships & Wealth
The Family, Relationships & Wealth team offers specialised services and advice to individuals and entrepreneurs regarding wills, inheritances, relationships (including blended or patchwork families), international estates, transfer of family businesses and (pre)marital mediation. We also provide specialist support in complex inheritances, advice to executors and heirs and mediation.
Business & Restructuring
The Enterprise & Restructuring team provides specialised services and advice to start-ups, scale-ups and SME+ companies on incorporation, (international) restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, management and/or employee participations and the transition to steward ownership. We also assist in setting up joint ventures, healthcare organisations and non-profit organisations.
