CANDIDATE CIVIL-LAW NOTARY (CORPORATE LAW)

Daniël studied Notarial Law at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He is currently taking the professional notarial education, after which he can act as deputy of the civil-law notary.

He joined KB notarissen as a candidate civil-law notary in the corporate law department in June 2021. Since then, he has been involved in a variety of matters, such as incorporation of private limited companies, share transactions, as well as legal mergers and demergers of companies. Of course, you can also contact him for the establishment of a foundation or association.
