Jan Hein Siemerink

Jan Hein Siemerink studied Notarial Law at the University of Groningen and has been working in the notarial profession since 2005. Jan Hein started his career at a law firm in The Hague, where he worked in the real estate department (auctions). He then switched to corporate law. After working for several years at a medium-sized office in Leiden, he made the switch to the Amsterdam notary office in 2013.

He advises national and international clients in the field of corporate law. He focuses in particular on advising clients on setting up legal structures, drafting articles of association and documents for mergers, demergers and joint ventures. He also often assists non-profit clients in choosing the right governance structure for their organization.

Jan Hein lives in Amsterdam. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys skiing and sailing.
